Luxe Artistry’s owner, Morgan Stockmaster is a licensed Advanced Cosmetologist and Cosmetology Instructor with more than 13 years experience. Morgan is always striving to further her knowledge and education. Keeping her services available the most current. She holds multiple certifications including 5x certified PMU artist, Hydrafacial, lash extensions, brow trainer and many more. Morgan is also a Corporate Educator for Procell Therapies. Luxe Artistry was also voted 2020’s Cleveland Hot List Runner-Up for Best Permanent Cosmetics and won The Vindicator Readers’ Choice 2024 Gold Award for Best Permanent Makeup/Cosmetic Tattooing. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. * IS THE SERVICE RIGHT FOR YOU? Below you will find a list of some pre-existing conditions that can impact or introduce undesirable results. Please carefully review the list to determine if any apply to you. If so, you must SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION before booking for your desired service. You may be asked to discuss with your physician and provide written documentation of clearance before service. FOR PMU SERVICES: • Pregnant or Breast Feeding (must wait 3+ months after pregnancy or finished breast feeding) • Skin allergies to pigments • Pre-existing work from another PMU artist • Auto-Immune Disease • Very oily skin • Currently taking blood thinning medications. If currently taking Coumadin or Heparin, you must provide written permission from your physician. • Glaucoma (for eyeliner or eyelash enhancements) • Acne, moles, eczema or psoriasis on/around the area to be treated. • Blood disorders such as Hemophilia, Sickle Cell Anemia, or Platelet Disorders • Prone to keloid or hypertrophic scarring • Botox or injectable fillers within 2 weeks of your appointment. • Uncontrolled high blood pressure or diabetes • Currently using cortisone, steroids, Accutane, Retine-A, Renova, Differin, Retinoids, etc. • Must be off Accutane for at least 6 months • Must be 6 months post-chemotherapy • PMU EYELINER OR LASH ENHANCEMENT: cannot be performed if you have a style, red eye, or any eye disease. •• Must remove lash extensions 2 weeks before service •• No contacts • LIP BLUSHING: cannot perform if you currently having a Herpes outbreak (cold sores) •• Speak with your physician if you have a history of cold sores prior to the service. • MUST BE 18 OR OLDER FOR ALL SERVICES . ALL PERMANENT MAKEUP CLIENTS MUST SHOW A VALID I.D. •
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following policies are put into place to ensure that you are receiving the best services and the appropriate amount of time. These policies are non-negotiable. Luxe Artistry LLC requires a valid credit card to be on file and non-refundable deposit for all new clients booking their first appointment. Booking deposits are non-refundable. Deposit amount will be deducted from service(s) total. Luxe Artistry LLC requires a 48 hours notice for the confirmation or cancellation of your scheduled appointment. Clients cancelling their appointment with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows will be required to pay 50% of their scheduled service(s) before any new future appointment can be booked. An appointment is considered a no-show after 15 minutes of scheduled appointment time. Arriving 15 minutes or more late to an appointment forfeits the scheduled appointment. Deposits transfer only when a minimum of 48 hours notice is given for appointments being rescheduled. If a booking deposit was not made, you will be required to pay 50% of scheduled service(s). No children or extra guests are allowed to attend your booked appointment with you. As a client, it is your responsibility to provide your full disclosure during the service consultation. I will not assume responsibility of any adverse reactions suffered when you as a client failed to inform me of contraindicating conditions. As a licensed professional and owner of Luxe Artistry, I have the right to refuse services at my discretion and dismiss rude, disrespectful and/or abusive clients when necessary. No refunds are given. All service sales, retail products, and gift cards/certificates are final.
